FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q: How do I place my order?
A: Please call us at 612-387-0602 or email at greenbabytravelsmn@comcast.net.

Q: What is your delivery/pickup fee?
A: One-time delivery/pickup fee is $ 10 for the immediate Minneapolis area (within 10 miles) and $ 15 for areas beyond and within a reasonable distance.

Q: Is all of the equipment cleaned and sanitized?
A: Yes, every item is sanitized before and after each rental. You are still required to return the product clean of food crumbs and major debris.

Q: What are your delivery/pickup hours and location?
A: Typical hours are 10:00 am-6:00 pm, 7 days/week.

Q: Is the equipment safe? How old is it?
A: We carry safe reputable equipment. We track recalls through the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (www.cpsc.gov). We register products with the manufacturer, if applicable and replace them often. NO product stays in the rental list longer than 2 years from purchase. Dated purchase receipt provided upon request.

Q: Are there discounts for longer stays?
A: Yes, talk to us and we will work something out for you.

Q: What are the rental terms? 
A: Minimum 3-day rental or $ 30 required. Payments by cash, paypal, deposit or local check are preferable.  We'll not install car seats. Car seat info at http://www.buckleupkids.state.mn.us

Q. What if I need something not on your list?
A. Contact us with any special requests (baby supplies, equipment, etc). We will try to accommodate them.

Q. What is your policy on damage/breakage?
A. We expect each item to be returned in working order. We'll charge up to full replacement value for damaged/lost items, if applicable. This charge will be in addition to the charge for the original rental period.

Q. Anything else I need to know?
A: You are expected to know how to properly use and install the equipment you rent. We also don't install car seats but will provide all manuals necessary for their safety installation.
